Our process at a glance

The program will take 10 to 18 months, including the language course, and will end with your arrival in Germany.

Part of starting the job: the immediate beginning of the adaptation measure.

GLOBOGATE helps employers in Germany recruit and integrate international nursing professionals and international trainees. The focus is currently on the following countries of origin: the Philippines, Uzbekistan and Colombia. Together with a network of international partners, we aim to help employers solve the problems of recruiting internationally qualified workers and solving labor migration problems in compliance with the highest ethical standards. At the same time, we want to ensure that the recruited workers are protected to the greatest extent possible from the risks associated with labor migration.
